“I had an amazing experience when I went in person to this dealership to buy a car on 9/29. My salesperson Jose, was friendly, courteous, and I really appreciated working with him. We came to a deal for the car I wanted and he even set up transport for the car to my house in Northern California 400 miles away from the dealership. I also want to mention Winston in financing who was knowledgeable and very helpful as well. Overall, my in person experience was great, and every person I encountered in the dealership was wonderful. I had visited another dealer in LA the same day and their customer service left ALOT to be desired. My car was delivered to my front door on 10/1 which was fantastic. The cons of my experience started after my delivery. Jose and I had agreed on a few parts being shipped to my house because they weren't available in the dealership when I was there. Unfortunately, receiving these parts in a timely manner has been an issue. I don't think this is Jose's fault, but it's frustrating to be treated as an afterthought when I had such a great experience in the dealership. I'm still waiting on three items to be shipped to me and it's been over 2 weeks since I bought the car. I would have rated this dealership 5 stars for such an amazing in person experience, but the lack of follow through after the deal has been disappointing.”
