“Nathaniel made my very first car buying experience a dream!!! I started looking at vehicles a couple of months ago with an idea of what I was looking for, but very little concrete knowledge about what I was looking at, and what the car buying process would look like. From the beginning (and I sure took my time) Nate was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and ultimately put me in the right vehicle. He was always a quick call or text away, and he always made me feel like a priority. Once we found the right vehilce for me, he worked hard to offer the best deal. Throughout the process Nate was upfront and honest and ultimately he is the reason that I have a brand new Mazda from Purdy. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will absolutely be calling Nate! He has gone above and beyond with his customer service and even made a recent house call to teach me all about my new car. When you go to Mazda, ask for Nate and you will be very well taken care of!”

“Just horrible. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. For service, do not bring your car here. They are unhelpful, try to nickel and dime you at every opportunity, and are at times liars. They once told me I needed a serpentine belt replaced and quoted me a price. I took it somewhere else and had it replaced. Then, when I took it for an oil change two months later they looked at it again and tried to tell me it needs to be replaced. When I called them on this, they said because it wasn’t “Mazda brand “ they couldn’t tell it was new. Any knowledgeable mechanic can tell when a serpentine belt is two months old. I can provide several examples of them saying one thing only for me to find out from another dealership that it’s not true. I wish there was another Mazda dealership in town. Avoid if you can! Update: In light of their reply, I wanted to provide another example of them being incredibly dishonest. I was having issues with my key fob and needed to have it replaced. I spoke with the service advisor Crystal (I believe) and, she claimed that all Mazdas require the spare key in order to program a new key. I didn’t have access to the spare key and, she stated that the Mazda system requires both key fobs for a new one to be programmed and there was nothing they could do. I thought that was strange because that means if your original key stops working and you don’t have a spare then you are just SOL? Despite me asking multiple times she claimed that, the way Mazdas are set up requires the spare for a new key to be programmed and if you don’t have it, then good luck. I called another dealership and they told me of course that it was not true and I was able to get my key situation rectified with no issues. Again, this is a dishonest dealership and I will never give them my business again.”
