āI went in after perusing their inventory, as well as already going to a few dealerships previously that day. I did not intend on purchasing, however, after the test driving the Murano they had in stock- left with a new(to me) car for my family.
The lack of pressure to purchase and demeanor of the sales representatives they have on staff was very refreshing. In their business model- it isn't the shark tank you get at typical dealerships! No members competing to receive a sale, as it is not a commission based dumpster fire the majority of dealerships have.
The young man that first approached me was very kind, open and honest about the vehicle I inquired(and ultimately purchased) about. Promptly pulled the vehicle around and cleared it off.
After my encounter with him, Keith, one of the other representatives provided refreshing conversation, as well as vast knowledge surrounding their establishment, and did everything within his means to provide me with options and alternatives to ensure peace of mind with my transaction.
Very satisfied!! Thank you guys for NOT being the typical silver tongued, pushy, exhaustible salespeople consumers have grown to dread! That in itself is worthy of business!!ā

āGreat experience with KDK Auto Brokers. I needed to buy a car before making a cross-country move, so timing was everything. Keith was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and Elder made the finance side clear and easy to understand. They were responsive, addressed inspection items, and followed through on what was promised. Iām very happy with my Jeep Wrangler and the overall experience.ā

This must be the 4th or 5th car we've bought from KDK. They really are great because It's kind of a high volume & no BS kind of atmosphere. They seem to specialize in great deals on popular or reliable Car/Truck brands that they know will sell quickly... They often seem to have some of the best deals in the entire country-
(The 2018 Toyota Sequoia we bought was $7k-10k more doing a nationwide search for another one with comparable specs).
It genuinely seems like they're willing to do anything (within reason) to make sure customers are satisfied-
(ex: They let us take the car over to our mechanic to have him look at it for half a day before we bought it.)
Apparently the sales people are not commission based. I think this is what sets them apart from others. At no point did we feel pressured, we brought up a couple issues with the brakes feeling soft & stuck window. They just fixed it in a day for us...
We honestly could not be much happier with them!ā
