“When I first dropped off my car, I’ll admit the initial experience in the service department wasn’t the best. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, and when I returned to pick up my vehicle, I had a similar experience — several employees were at their computers without acknowledging that I had walked in. That completely changed the moment Scott Heid stepped in. He immediately greeted me, asked if anyone was helping me, and made sure I was taken care of. He personally walked me to the checkout area, and when I had a question about my paperwork, the cashier directed me back to the service department. He went out to my car, drove it back into the garage to double-check everything, then brought it back up front for me. He even gave me his direct phone number and told me to text him if I had any questions or noticed anything after leaving. That kind of customer service is rare these days. It wasn’t until afterward that I realized he is the General Manager, which makes his leadership and hands-on approach even more impressive. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and accountability he showed. Because of him, I will absolutely return when I’m ready for my next vehicle.
