“I took my car here for what should have been a simple oil change, and I’ll never go back. The technicians clearly rushed through the job and didn’t take the time to do it properly. After leaving, I noticed part of my undercarriage cover hanging loose and dragging because it wasn’t reattached correctly. This is sloppy, careless work that could have caused more serious damage if it had caught on the road. When you take your car in for basic service, you expect the dealership to be thorough and professional—not cut corners to get you in and out as fast as possible. If they can’t even handle an oil change correctly, I definitely don’t trust them with bigger repairs. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle somewhere that values quality over speed.”
