Matt was equally impressive when it came time to finalize everything. He was efficient, organized, and respectful of my time while walking through the paperwork clearly and thoroughly. The closing process was seamless.

“I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Audi North Shore today.
I brought my vehicle in for specific concerns and instead of addressing the actual issues, the focus quickly shifted to upselling additional services that were not related to why the vehicle was there in the first place. As someone who owns and operates a dealership myself, I understand service department workflows, margins, and the importance of maintenance recommendations — but this felt misaligned with the customer’s stated concerns.
The vehicle was also not completed within the promised time window, and communication regarding the delay was lacking.
More concerning, there was an open recall on the vehicle that the dealership was aware of at check-in, yet it was not completed during the visit. That is difficult to understand given the opportunity to resolve it while the vehicle was already in the shop.
Additionally, I was charged twice for diagnostics that reasonably could have been consolidated to address multiple concerns during a single evaluation.
I don’t leave negative reviews lightly — especially being in the automotive business myself — but this experience fell well below what I would consider acceptable customer service and operational standards. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this service department based on this experience.”

Took care of some additional requests that I needed to make things work out so we could move forward. I’ve been in the automobile business for 48 years so I’m a pretty good judge of character. “I had Ledell as my salesman and he was wonderful to work with. I was coming out of state for a used car and he understood that fully. Ledell worked hard to make sure I had all the information, pictures, and videos I needed and more. He gained my trust with his knowledge and transparency. Overall car buying experience was great. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was told the car was fully detailed on arrival which it was not, then after getting new tires put on I was told the car would get detailed before I received it. When I got the car back there was still the last owners crusty coins in the cupholders so I had to walk back in, grab a waste basket, and throw the old trash out of the car before I drove 16hours home. I’m sure they would have cleaned it but I had already been there for 5 hours and needed to get going.”
