“The staff at Vachon Chevrolet Inc is above and beyond all my expectations of a Dealer and Service center. I took my 2025 Corvette in for an oil and filter change along with a transmission filter change and in the process they found a minor oil leak. They diagnosed where the leak is coming from and replacing a faulty gasket. All within a weeks time. Top notch professionalism. I can't say enough about their outstanding professional service.”

“I found a used truck on their website that I was interested in and submitted an inquiry through their online portal. I was contacted by Alex, and during our early correspondence I made it known I did not want to be hounded, and that I was interested but wanted to shop around a bit. Alex never once called me, never once pushed scheduling a test drive, and never once acted like a "typical used car salesman". He allowed me to reach out to him, answered my questions, and then let me go about my day.
We went back and forth for about 3 weeks until I finally made the trip up to the dealership. There, the low pressure atmosphere continued. When it came to the actual purchasing process, I had an out-the-door price on an essentially identical truck at another dealership. Alex was about $800 over that price. I told him I am a reasonable person, and I think he knew I wanted the truck, and simply asked where can we find common ground. Instead of meeting me halfway, Alex came the full $800 down. I couldn't recommend working with him enough.
Once I moved to the finance department the same low pressure approach continued with Jake. All he did was present me with my options, gave me a sheet with those options and prices, and left it at that. No selling, no convincing, no throwing a million scenarios at me that would make me think my truck was going to explode the second I drove it off the lot if I didn't purchase every extended warranty from him he had. Information was given and the ball was left in my court.
The dealership was extremely laid back, clean, and overall a very friendly atmosphere. I can't stress enough how much I appreciated being able to tell Alex I am very busy and can't be hounded by sales guys and don't have a lot of free time to run up and down the state looking at cars, and to have him understand and respect that.”
