Had a warranty claim through my extended warranty plan, asked to receive weekly updates on the status of my cars work. Never received an update on my cars status, lead times for parts, or when to expect my car back. Then I had to call the dealership to receive an update, no one answered the phone in the service department and a front desk employee had to deliver a message to call me back. A few hours later I was informed my car had been finished. The only good thing was that my fees were waived.

I have been a customer of Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park for nearly 10 years and I to say that the service has always been good. This past experience was the best by far! I worked with Thomas Robinson and he was spectacular! He found me a newer used car that helped me save on my monthly payments. He was caring, professional and had no pressure approach. Seek him out and you won't be disappointed! It was a truly wonderful!!!

I bought a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at Walser. I worked with Paul Hutchins. He was very helpful in that he helped us compare the Tucson to other vehicles we were considering. That may seem counterintuitive, but after looking at the other cars, his information about them was spot on. He didn't trash the competition, but rather gave realistic/accurate comparisons. And he was very knowledgeable about the Tucson. The Tucson is a lot of car for the money. And believe it or not, NO buyer's remorse! I am thrilled with my new car.

My husband and I haven’t bought a new vehicle in 9 years and it’s always been a super pushy experience. Well not this time! Justin Beyer was amazing even prior to walking into the dealership. He was so helpful over the phone prior to going into the dealership. Once we got there he was amazing! He is so down to earth and we didn’t get the normal I’m better than you cause I’m a car salesman attitude. He answered all of our questions and the whole time he never pushed us towards anything. He just gave us all the options so we were informed and left the decisions up to us with no judgement. It was an easy process and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend going in and asking for Justin Beyer to help you out. You won’t regret it!

So let me start out by saying pre renovation and before new construction of gorgeous dealership I would have given this place 1 star. Post construction the.entire sales team was upgraded and so here we go. I’ve been searching for the right upgrade to an SUV and have always been a huge fan of the Hyundai Santa Fe. After saving up for months to put down a substantial payment, I decided to stop by Walser Hyundai a little earlier than planned to start narrowing down the model I wanted. My original plan was to go to Morries Hyundai but am so glad destiny took me to elsewhere. The experience blew me away from the very start. I did a prequalification online at 4:00 AM, and before 7:00 AM I already had a personal text message from the General Manager, welcoming me and asking how they could help. That level of responsiveness was shocking in the best way possible. Later that morning I stopped by and met Nathan, a down-to-earth and tenacious vehicle representative who immediately made me feel like family—not a sales target. There was zero sales pressure, just genuine care to make sure I got into the right vehicle for me. Nathan worked alongside Frank, who offered incredible support, guidance, and knowledge. Together, they made what is usually a dreaded car-buying process feel smooth, transparent, and even exciting. One of the best parts of Walser Hyundai is their system. Most of the paperwork and process can be completed at home, so when you arrive at the dealership, things move quickly and efficiently. No sitting around for hours like at so many other places. Combine that with their state-of-the-art dealership, cutting-edge technology, and a truly customer-first culture, and it’s clear why they stand out. If you’re looking for a new vehicle and want to be treated like family instead of a client, I highly recommend Walser Hyundai. Ask for Nathan or Frank—you might just find yourself driving away in your dream car like I did. As a matter of fact while writing this review I was just reminded that I forgot to buy some merch for me and my wife so now I have a reason to go back and find some hats. Well not here, Rob E. Welcomed me just now with such kindness and professionalism and got me what I needed asap while covering as a team member. Just gets better and better with my experience.
