I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about the experience of searching for and/or buying a car with Alfonzo. He worked to come to a deal, even find cars for me that fit a LONG list of wants and needs I gave him. Had one vehicle so close, fell through, and Al didn't slow down a bit. After two weeks of my own searching, the car I ended up going with is one Alfonzo found FOR me, searching in his own time, and texted to me. Beautiful car, fits everything I want and need, and THEN some. I did NOT make it easy on this man and he didn't back down from the challenge, not for a minute, and went head to head with me for a fair deal. “I bought my new car yesterday from Luther in Brooklyn Park. My salesman was Zo, and let me tell you, he is amazing! He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient. The car is a 2019 with about 30,000 miles on it and I could not be happier. It was regularly serviced which I was able to access on the carfax report. The finance man was also great! If you are going to Luther, request Zo! You will not regret it! He had the car warmed up and ready for us when we took it for a test drive. He showed all of the features I loved. The car was also at 1/2 a tank of gas which was very nice! The last car my Fiancé bought from a dealership was on empty so this was a nice surprise! I also got two fobs which I love! I don’t have great credit (trust me when I say, I made terrible financial decisions that I still need to improve on) but Zo got me approved with $3250 down! Most companies wanted 7,000-10,000 down based on my credit. I highly recommend Zo as a car salesman and I hope this review helps someone!”
