Outstanding Service from Kyle at Luther Mitsubishi!
I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Luther Mitsubishi. Kyle was fantastic ā he explained everything clearly, shared the cost estimates upfront, and even gave me a coupon that saved me some money. I really appreciated that he took the time to show me what the next service will involve so I can plan ahead.
So glad to find someone that professional, honest, and customer-focused. Thanks to Kyle and the Luther Mitsubishi team for making car maintenance stress-free. Iāll definitely be coming back for more!ā

āIf I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. Initially, when I bought my car, they were super attentive, but after a while, my car developed a problem with the handbrake. Since then, my car hasn't left the dealership since March. I keep the car for a month or less and then return it. To date, they've given it four times. I've been without my car for over 70 days(22 June) this last time. I'm paying for a car that's worth much more than I currently have (on loan). We've been trying tirelessly to contact them and resolve the problem for a week, but nothing has been done. I need my car, which seats seven people, because I have a large family and I also work with my car. I'm going through a nightmare with all of this. It's undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership in my life. I need something to happen. Has anyone else experienced this?ā

āhiii, I purchased a car today with this dealership and was impressed with the amazing customer service !! I first worked with Mike Davis, who was very up front with all the information of the car and answered all questions with patience, humor, knowledge and professionalism. Viewing the car was a breeze (: I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision.
I then finished up the finance aspect with Anit Dodhia, and I have to give him a glowing review !! He was VERY easy to talk to and made my partner and I feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming and congenial. He answered all questions professionally, kindly, transparently, and of course hilariously!
Additionally, he went out of his way to work with our budget and negotiate the best coverage plan for us while carefully explaining all the steps, options, and contents of our purchase agreement. As a bonus he also offered personal experiences and recommendations for local establishments for someone new to the area, like us !! Heās just a chill guy LOL, you can tell he enjoys his job. When I buy my next car I would love to work with these two gentleman again and will recommend it to anyone looking! Brookdale Luther Mazda/Mitsubishi has made great decisions with their associates.
