“Panda was great to work with us. We have purchased 2 vehicles from the Luther Brookdale group and each time the experience has been great. Very smooth and they explained everything when filling out the paperwork. I think we may have found our preferred dealer for life, had to drive a bit to get there, about an hour, but highly recommend.”

“Upon entering the dealership without an appointment, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. Typically, we visit dealerships because it alleviates the pressure on our part. However, we were fortunate to be paired with an exceptional salesperson named Panda. He possesses extensive industry knowledge and is a dedicated family man. Panda demonstrated exceptional dedication in finding the ideal match for our needs, even amidst challenging weather conditions. His transparency and honesty were commendable. We express our gratitude to Panda and eagerly anticipate our next visit for our next vehicle.”

“The complete customer experience! Thoroughly enjoyed working alongside a professional and genuine representative in David Schmidt. From timely updates to detailed communications, Schmidty demonstrated a personal, genuine care to each of my requests from Minnesota to North Carolina. Two thumbs up to Luther Brookdale and my pal Schmidty.”

“I own a 2025 Suburban and recently discovered a cracked rim on the front passenger side wheel — something I’ve never seen happen before. I called the dealership ahead of time to confirm that the rim could be ordered and would be covered under warranty. They told me it would be, pending inspection and approval from GM’s warranty department.
I brought the vehicle in, and after inspecting it, the technician documented in writing that the rim had not been damaged by an impact (no curb, pothole, etc.). They submitted everything to the GM warranty department, but the claim was denied. The warranty department stated the crack was not due to a defect in material or workmanship.
I asked the service rep how they came to that conclusion. He told me he had no idea, especially since the rim was smooth all the way around and showed no signs of impact. He suggested I open a case with GM customer service, so I did.
After roughly 10 phone calls and sending them all of the documentation — including the dealership’s written note confirming there was no impact damage — GM customer service told me they had no way to contact the warranty department to find out why the claim was denied. In the end, they said there was nothing they could do.
So here I am, writing this review because it feels like I’ve hit a dead end. If I had actually hit something, I would have paid for the rim and moved on. But I didn’t — the rim just cracked, and I have no explanation why. I kept the damaged rim and am more than willing to bring it in for someone to inspect. It looks brand-new except for the crack. I’ve also attached several photos of the rim, and the technicians report in which he says there is no evidence of impact damage. I tried to attach videos.
I’ve bought GM vehicles my entire life, but this experience has really left me disappointed.”

“It was awesome. I’ve been in there before and Ali helped me out but wasn’t ready to move forward with anything. When I came back I worked with Alberto. He was honest, helpful and made the process very easy. I then worked with William to get the best price I could for the new truck. Tony helped me sign all the paperwork in Financing. Overall had a great experience with them. I’ll definitely come back and work with them again. I love my new truck!”
