“In and out in about 45 minutes. Tim, the Service Advisor was great! Always have a pleasant experience at Ganley. Everyone who works there says hello as they pass. The sales people always check in to see how you are doing and if you are interested in upgrading your vehicle. Lol. Close to home and easy to get an appointment.”

“I’ve purchased many cars in my life and I have to say this is the BEST experience I’ve ever had. From my text asking if the car I was interested in was still available and the immediate response that it was and they would have it ready for me to test drive the next day to the amazing experience my daughter and I had the minute we walked in the door. I bought a 2026 Chevy Equinox and my salesperson Andrei Dragomir made us immediately comfortable and actually listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was without any of the pressure I felt with all my other car purchases. He was very knowledgeable & attentive without giving off the “salesperson” vibe. From there we met with Dan Flack who went over all our warranty options and again with none of the pressure I’ve felt with my past car buying experiences. He answered all my questions & concerns patiently & knowledgeably without making me feel like I was asking a dumb question!! Lastly we met with Steve Hatch who walked us through every single button & feature on the car from front to back stopping to make sure I didn’t have any questions and made sure I understood how everything worked before moving on. Again he did it with patience, knowledge & made it fun at the same time!!(he’s a retired principal lol).
I would recommend Ken Ganley Brookpark to EVERY single person I know, no matter what stage of the buying process they made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I wish I would have discovered them years ago but now that I have I will NEVER go to another dealership again and will do my best to spread the word that it’s worth the trip (I’m an east sider lol) to anyone who will listen. On top of it I got a Ken Ganley coffee mug and they gave me a second one for my daughter!! Believe me when I say this is THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN CLEVELAND!!!!
