“I'm leaving my review with a one star because I bought my first time car at this dealership and at first I was happy but in less then a week off getting my car it started raining and the inside of the driver seat was wet and I had to drive like that and following week the battery of the car left me stranded in temperature of 19 degrees with my 4 children and the third problem is the brakes they make a wear noise and all this happen in less then a month of having my car I took it to get checked supposedly they fix the problem but not true because when it rains my kids get wet but the seat belt I call nissan customer service and they can't help because they sold a brand new car to this dealership and the warranty of the car no longer exists and know this dealership doesn't want to help me with my car I don't recommend it at all”

“My experience was beyond my expectations from the first initial walk thru the door , staff were friendly and very helpful. I met with Osiris and he made the experience of my purchase comfortable and great , he explained everything from beginning to end. He explained all details. I was nervous with such a purchase of a new car , since last purchase was in 2006 also at Nissan but Im extremely happy with my purchase .He has great customer service, personality , courtesy , and great at his profession. He went above and beyond to ensure I was set up with my insurance before i left the lot , I was able to leave my previous car with ease , I also met with Adonis for the financial portion he was very professional and explained all details one by one eased my mind . “I've been writing viewers and placing pictures on Google on places that I have been to for years. I don't generally do it all the time but when I do It's necessary and this the time. 4.5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟rating. I did my research on this particular Nissan before I decided to go there. I knew exactly what vehicles I wanted which made my overall stay at Nissan much more easier. When I arrived I was greeted by several of the staff. The sales representative, I dealt with was O. Veladez. This man was cool and down to earth and I felt no pressure of buying a car that same day. He showed the vehicles and we went for a test drive, as he explained the features of the vehicle. I next met with the Financial Manager Mr Pedro.P, he explained everything in details as well. He also went far and above to get my APR rates a little lower than what they originally were 🫡 I have nothing negative or nothing bad to say about this dealership or the individuals that I had encountered. I can see myself coming back and referring friends and family to this dealership because of the professionalism and how welcoming the staff that I encountered were. * If I have any issues in the near future with my vehicle, I will be professional just as they were to me.
