āLook at this car. Dosen't look like a car that should have a electrical meltdown. I do not know if this will do any good. Nissan 24 blocked me on Facebook for leaving the same review 3 or 4 weeks ago. Yes 3 or 4 they have had my car for 6 weeks. 2023 sentra sr top of the line model. My wife and I bought it brand new on mother's day 2023, a week later we bought a brand new Pathfinder platinum. 9-12 i brought my sentra in for a camera in the mirror being out and heated mirrors and rear defroster being out. Over the last six weeks it has gone from a bad relay, then to an all out melted fuse box, finally at melted fuse box and harness. I had to find this out from a technician that I know. Nissan 24 never told it was a electrical meltdown I found out by snooping around. The even let me drive it in the beginning knowing I do uber on the side and this could be a fire hazard. Offer to let me drive it away second time. Thank God I didn't take them up on it.
Last week I find out that allstate was denying my claim. You know the fantastic warranty I bought from nissan 24 on the day I signed for my car. They claim corrosion in the wires is poor maintenance and could've been prevented. Pictures will show how I clean my car once a week. Records will show oil changes every 5000 miles. Yet I still have a paper weight with leather seats, a sunroof and bose stereo. But it will at least keep that useless allstate contract from blowing away on this windy Monday. In other words I bought 2 things in the same day that are no good to me.
5 weekends it took to get these answers. That is 5 weeks of lost time at $1000 a week. 4 is the number of nissans my wife and I have owned over the last 20 years. Only to literally get ignored by more than a few names in nissan 24. Nissan loyalty ha?
Pictures show how well kept my cars are, how I found out about the fuse box and how they were willing to let me drive a car away with a melted out fuse box knowing I use this car as my weekend job transporting people.
I have added photos after your response. I would like to touch on the fact that Nissan sold me an extended warranty BECAUSE I do rideshare on the side. Come to find out i was sold something I couldn't use because Nissan knew there was a void in the warranty for rideshare vehicles. Yet the additional photos I added are of my vehicle with lyft decals before I dropped it off. Then photos of my car in the Nissan 24 parking lot without decals. After a recent email from upper management were they stated the decals were visible. I realized they were not after i zoomed on on the photo under the Nissan 24 sign I never authorized them to remove the decals to get over on the allstate inspector. I brought my car in to be repaired not to get caught up in an insurance fraud sting. I have since removed my car from nissan 24 and decided to go elsewhere.ā
