“We travel a lot, and it’s not always easy to find a dealership that makes routine maintenance feel effortless—but Friendship Ford truly stands out.
From the very beginning, scheduling was simple and refreshingly personal. I was able to quickly reach a real person who helped set up my appointment without any hassle.
When I arrived, I was immediately impressed. The facility was spotless, organized, and welcoming. The service advisor was kind, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained. The maintenance itself was completed in about an hour—right on time.
The waiting area was a highlight all on its own. It felt more like a small museum, featuring beautiful antique and classic cars. Add in strong Wi-Fi, good coffee, and very clean restrooms, and it made the wait genuinely enjoyable.

“I blow the engine while traveling on Christmas eve and was stranded for a couple days. Contracted Frendship Ford and told them my situation and they came and picked me up at hotel and helped me pick out a new truck. Aaron the dealer even helped me unload my old truck and pack the new one. Went to tow company storage are and got my boat and got back on the road with V6 ecosystem, 1st time driving one of these. It pulled my boat with no issues, LOVE IT!”

“i really hate to be that person but we paid 6k for my 2019 explorer to get a water pump & timing chain when we picked up my car a week later after they told us it was fixed i made it 30 minutes down the road and my low engine oil pressure light came on. i pulled over and my husband noticed they didn’t put my dipstick to check my oil back in. oil was all over the bottom of my car not knowing if it done damage we had it towed back to the dealership. the next morning we got a call at 9am mind you they open at 8am saying that they looked over my car and it didn’t do any damage and it was fine. they put a dipstick back in and drove it to my house to deliver it. a few hours after that i got in it to move it from our driveway to our yard & noticed a knocking sound so we had it towed back to the dealership where they kept it for a few more days and told us they looked it over and still said nothing is wrong. my car has never sounded like that. my husband went back and forth with the service manager but nothing ever came of it. i got my car back after it being gone for almost 3 weeks and the low engine oil pressure light is still coming on. even though they say they looked over everything and drove it around to make sure it was fine. mind you the only problem my car was having when we took it down there was the water pump and now we pick it up and it’s having more problems than it was to start with. i do not recommend this shop they are not good and will not own up to the fact that they messed my vehicle up. i’ll add the videos and photos for proof.”
