“I bought a 2024 Silverado from a prior salesman and administration in 2024. I had multiple issues out of this truck and has even been sent back to the manufacturer to get fixed. Issues have not resolved and the prior administration that I bought my truck from was no help and would not help me get the issues resolved. Today I have been in it for 2 years and only have 16,000 miles.
I came In on 2/14/26 for a oil change and a random guy was in the lobby and he started talking to me about the color of my truck and etc… after talking he sensed frustration from me with my issues that have been having with my truck and prior administration. He helped get me out of my troubles and into another truck with the same mileage and a cheaper payment with no money down. Dealership stated that was willing to take the negative equity I owed to make sure I was happy. This is the first time I have ever had a dealership have excellent customer service.
I definitely recommend the new administration here and sales. They are by far the best!”

“I reviewed and researched online listings at several local dealerships, looking to replace a 2021 Nissan Rogue owned by a family member that was totaled in an accident.
Bristol Chevrolet had a very similar pre-owned vehicle that was priced attractively.
I was able to correspond with Tony, the General Manager, who I found to be a 'straight shooter' who was both very personable and professional.
We went down this morning, and were immediately greeted by Keanen Taylor, Sales Consultant.
Tony had already shared with him the things we had discussed; Keanen had the vehicle pulled out, warmed-up, and ready; and was on top of the ball.
He was respectful and personable, taking care of everything for us to test-drive the vehicle; showing us all the features; and evidencing a personal interest in us, and our needs.
Everything was conducted 'above board' , start to finish, with ZERO pushiness.
(Trust me, I've been in plenty of dealerships that only seemed to care for what they could get from me, or about the add-on's that benefitted them...and I am not an easy sell.)
We happily purchased the vehicle, and it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long history of both new- and used-car buying.
