“Here's my experience so far.. HORRIBLE! I purchased a 2017 Jeep from Evolution Imports & got the worst deal you can imagine! From falsifying paperwork work to illegally removing tags. Let me just dive right into it, not only did they lie and say they canceled my loan without proper paperwork (only word of mouth) they are refusing to service my car because a "deposit" that we never agreed upon wasn't paid. I've had the car for one day at the time and the check engine light came on. I called them & they told me to bring the car in and they'll take a look at it. I came 5 days later to get it serviced. I've had the car for about a week by the time I bring it in for service. On the phone he mentioned an $800 deposit that on the day of the car being purchased they told me verbatim "you don't have to worry about it, it's a promotion". It is important to note that the paperwork doesn't reflect an $800 deposit due. I asked them twice & also left with the car. I have had the car in my possession with no correspondence with Evolution Imports about a "deposit" prior to me asking them to service my car under their warranty. I arrived to get the car serviced and they told me that I can pay the deposit or they can reverse the loan. I said that's fine you can reverse the loan because they forged documents. I was waiting for a hour I was not contacted by Capitol one, & I didn't receive any paperwork from Evolution stating the loan had been terminated due to their fraudulence. I decided to leave and come back with my father. Before leaving I communicated that in email to get a paper trail. They say I was free to leave I came out and the liscence plate and tags were removed from the car!!!!! The loan is still in tact and they are refusing to service the car , reverse the loan due to their fraud, as well as provide inspection. Pls do not waste your time or money I fear they will be facing arbitration in civil court. Contact the Better Business Bureau if you have been wronged by them. Cops were called and they were FORCED TO PUT MY TAGS AND PLATE BACK ON.”

“I will never go back there again Jack sold me this 2019 toyota rav4 and is what happened when it rains 🌧 . And now he change it for a 2022 chevy malibu that have front end damage that was not fixed properly the frame is bent and I never got my registration, I didn't recommend this dealership to anyone?”
