“MICHAEL MANDEVILLE…. Is the only name you need to know. I never thought that I would leave a five star review for a dealership after buying a used vehicle.
But Michael has shattered the stigma of dealing with a used car sales person. If you want straightforward, responsive, professional, and I will say very fun, you want Michael!
If you’re looking to trade in your vehicle, purchase a vehicle, or have somebody keep their eye out for just the right deal for you, then call Michael today!
If he is not there, come back when he is. If he is with another client, wait for him…. you will not regret it.
Thank you for everything, Michael!”

“Had a great experience for my first time at Champion Buick GMC. I had Mike M as my auto-agent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. When a minor hiccup arose on the purchase agreement, he was quick to sort it out in my favor. I would recommend him as well as Champion Buick GMC to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. As far as the used Chevy Trax I bought, the price was fair for its condition. My only issue I had was after they washed the vehicle, it was parked outside in the cold. When I was ready to hop in and drive home, the doors were frozen shut and the tires were frozen to the ground. I managed to get the driver door open without breaking off the handle. I also had to give it quite a bit of gas to break the wheels free. But seconds later a service warning for the stabilitrack lit up. Luckily the light turned off after I restarted the car a couple times. Hopefully it was just a glitch. Might not be a bad idea to let the vehicles fully dry before they are parked back outside when it's below freezing. Other than that, I thank everyone that helped me out in the process!”

“Review for 2019 Ram 1500 Limited – Champion Buick GMC, Brighton MI
My wife and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited from Champion Buick GMC in Brighton on August 25th. The sales experience started off great—Brad and David were genuine and helpful, and we appreciated their effort during a time we really needed a vehicle.
However, I want future buyers to be cautious and thoroughly inspect any used vehicle from this dealership. About five weeks after purchase, our truck began overheating. When I opened the hood, I found a basketball-sized nest, chewed plastic, and scratches on the washer tubing. This damage clearly didn’t happen while the truck “sat,” because it never sat—we drove it every day from the moment we bought it.
On top of that, the washer bottle (which the dealer had replaced because of a leak) was still leaking from the tubing down onto the cooling-fan harness. The bottom mounting bolt wasn’t installed with the new bottle (potentially creating friction and a future leaky bottle), the hoses weren’t replaced, and the corrosion from the leak caused fan failure. I was able to temporarily fix it, but the issue returned, and we’re now making payments on a truck we can’t drive.
We also later discovered that the truck was sold with an open recall that had been outstanding long before we even inquired about it.
We ran into Brad on October 25th, and he genuinely tried to help. But before we got to the dealership, Michelle made the decision not to touch it and had Brad deliver the news. This was disappointing, especially after being told we’d be taken care of.
I’m sharing this so others can be aware: double-check everything on any used vehicle from this dealership. The initial sales experience was positive, but the lack of support afterward and the missed issues during their inspection have left us with a major repair on a vehicle we can’t use.”

“I entrusted Champion Auto Body Shop of Brighton with over $10,000 worth of collision repairs on my truck, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. While members of the staff made efforts to address my concerns, the overall quality of workmanship has been unacceptable.
Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed several issues, including paint scratches, swirl marks, poorly finished trim, overspray, and significant damage to the window tint that was flawless prior to service. Additionally, the passenger headlight was installed incorrectly with visible gaps and missing rubber components. The alignment also remained uncorrected, with the steering wheel still off-center despite assurances that this would be addressed.
Most concerning, after an additional week in the shop to remedy these problems, I discovered a persistent rattle in the passenger-side door. Upon investigation, I found a snapped-off bolt hidden under a cover, rather than replaced or properly fixed, further highlighting the lack of attention to detail.
I reached out to management with my concerns—specifically the General Manager, John Foglio, via email—but received no response. While Service Manager Mike Foster initially contacted me and expressed a willingness to resolve these issues, there was no follow-up after our conversation.
I regret investing this amount of time and money for such disappointing results. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Champion Auto Body Shop of Brighton to anyone seeking reliable or professional repairs.”

“Our salesman Jacob was very professional, listened to our needs and showed us inventory that matched what we were looking for. The transaction went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Champion Buick GMC and Jacob to anyone looking for a new auto. Great job!!”
