“This is by far the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. From the time I requested information online until I drove to Hansen’s in Brigham City I never felt pressured to buy one thing from them. I received a call from Nic Sorensen and he inquired about what I was looking for and provided me with the information in an email. It was about a week or more before my wife and I could get up to Hansen's. I sent a txt letting Nic know we were on our way and when we walked through the dealership doors we were greeted by two other gentlemen and pointed out Nic. He greeted us calling me by name and introducing himself to my wife. He made us feel like we were old friends and took us to look at the truck we came for. Nic is very knowledgeable in the vehicles we looked at. We didn’t leave with the truck we were going for but we did leave with a great truck and a great deal. Buying a vehicle is never fun but this was very easy and painless. I have bought a lot of vehicles and never have I been taken to the Service Department and introduced to the people in the Service Department and showed where to arrive and what to do when arriving.
