“Poor management, poor quality assurance and poor craftsmanship!!!! My wife bought a 23 Chevy Traverse from the location near valrico. We haw had nightmare issues with the paint ever since we got it. The hood had noticeable bubbles in the paint which turned into a quarter of the paint peeling off as if it were a wrap. We complained, they fixed it and now they gave it back to us with THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!! To make matters worse, the ENTIRE vehicle is covered in overspray that is audible to the touch!! Now there’s even MORE work to be done HGREG!!!! Never in my life have I seen such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction by an entire dealership. Th ENTIRE SALES STAFF, DETAIL DEPT, SERVICE DEPT and ESPECIALLY THE BODYSHOP failed!!! Anyone at that place that has eyes failed!! There’s no way a vehicle with obvious pant failure in multiple spots should have been sold by a “reputable “ dealership!”
