“From the beginning, met with my salesman Joey. What a great guy I must say. Very personable and welcoming. Didn't waste time with me and we got straight to the point, told him what I was looking for, my current situation and where I wanted to be. And that was it, he went straight to work with sales manager and finance guy Ryan and they made it happen. Got more for my trade then anywhere else and new vehicle price was given as advertised no catches. Joey, sincerely thank you for being black and white, no catches and full transparency from beginning to end. Additionally the vehicle I wanted didn't have the tow package so they accommodated adding a tow package and didn't change the price much. Was back there in 48 hours and had my tow package installed in 2 hours. Waiting area was clean and organized. I'll be back in a few years when the time comes for another vehicle. Hopefully I can have Joey work that deal as well.”

“Great working with Andrei (and Vinny.) Andrei was nice and calm which I really appreciated. We were able to get a good trade in deal and good price for the new car! We knew exactly what we wanted so we didn’t have the whole negotiating dance too many times. The dealership was also clean and well appointed. Only thing that was a bummer was that we left with a sparkling new telluride with a completely empty tank and they said it was being filled many times while we waited for it to be detailed and prepped. Bad on our part not noticing until we were 20 minutes away but after hours being at the dealership we just wanted home. And sitting through the “selling” of the optional warranties is drawn out too after more hours of “waiting” for the car to be prepped and needing to sign the endless finance papers. We tried to make it as easy for the sales and finance team in knowing exactly what we wanted but we were still there for 6 hours. I don’t like this about any dealership so I’d like to doc half a star for this exhaustive unnecessary wait time but we’ve been through this before so I guess par for the course. Or is it?? I’ll update this review in a few months if we notice any other quirks about the buying experience and the car itself. In the end bc of the price of the car, the quality of it, and Andrei being chill, 5 stars.”
