Taylor Board, Sales Manager, stepped in immediately, helped get the accessories mailed directly to our home, and coordinated with their paint correction specialist to address the scratch. What really impressed us was the convenience and the extra effort on their part. Gary Force Honda uses the same paint specialist who services two local dealerships in Middle Tennessee, which meant we could get the correction handled close to home instead of having to drive all the way back to Bowling Green. That kind of thoughtful, customer first solution says a lot about how they operate. Overall, the team at Gary Force Honda delivered what most dealerships promise but few actually provide: a car buying experience that is easy, honest, and headache free, with no last minute surprises or negotiating games.
