“Although the day getting my repairs was long. It turned out to be wonderful experience of customer service and accountability; a trait that is often hard to find these days. I went in to get my rear brakes serviced. The mechanic identified a leak in my oil pan during the overall inspection. While taking down the oil pan; an arduous process in itself, a part was inadvertently broken by the mechanic. I won’t go into the details as the most important part was that the service team including upper management were transparent as to what happened and assertive in making the issue right. For my time spent at the shop and being told they would have to keep my vehicle for a couple of days to perform the repair, I was given a loaner and offered a discount on my service for the inconvenience. I am extremely happy with the service at Toyota of Bowie. A big thank you to Devin Young, my Service Advisor for giving me real time updates on my vehicle, in addition to Edbyn Lopez, Service Director, for taking it to the finish line; giving me a detailed synopsis on what happen and a loaner! And kudos to Toyota of Bowie overall. It's never about the aesthetics, or bells and whistles of the shop. For me, it's always, always, about the experience, customer service and accountability all day, every day! Thank you!!”
