“Update #2 - We ended up getting with the GM and she took care of everything. She even helped us get out from under our upside down car and we bought a car from them. Update - The GM reached out to me almost immediately. She was great and hopefully we will get this resolved. We had recently moved to Bowie in December and our car died. We had it towed here to have repairs done and they "fixed" it. The cashier pressured us to five a five star review while we were there in order to get a discount on our services. We were told they could give us $50 off if we left a five star review, but only if we left them a positive review. When we got it back, the odometer was reading in KM instead of miles. We didn't rush to get it fixed because it wasn't a big deal and it was the holidays. We took it back finally to get them to take care of their mistake. Was told that this was a separate issue and they would have to charge us to diagnose the issue and to repair it if it wasn't due to the previous repairs. Mind you, this was not an issue before their repairs.”
