“Absolutely amazing experience. Karlie is so darling, professional, intelligent and well rounded, working with her could not have been easier. Thank you Karlie for all of your time, effort and all the patience you had with me while I thought everything though. I bought my first car last week, and unlike a lot of people around here I dont have either a friend in the buissness or even parents to help coach me through this huge descion. I honestly would not want to take my business to any other dealership after the exceptional experience I had. Misty the General Manager listened to my concerns and addressed every single one. I had a pre purchase inspection done, where my mechanic noticed things that was not marked on the originals 3 point inspection done by incredible. Misty went above and beyond and had yet another mechanic (a vw one too) look at it with no pressure to sign pressure a minute sooner. We confirmed that the 2 leaks my mechanic were there were not (which made totally since it was raining when my mechanic inspected but not when the 3 point inspection was done) Anyways, Misty went above and beyond, thank you Misty! The whole thing was a answered prayer in a way you guys will probably never know! I could not be more grateful, and if anyone else like me who prefers to work with down to earth, kind, people, 100% reccomend incredible auto sales! (Ask for Karlie ;)”
