“This was the third dealership I had gone to, and definitely had the best experience. At the other dealerships I felt I was being treated like a child (I’m 23) and the sales people didn’t think I would purchase anything, so they didn’t take me seriously. However, at flatirons, I walked in and was immediately greeted and with a salesperson within only a couple minutes. Samantha, was the one who helped me out! I came in looking for a Crosstrek Wilderness but wasn’t sure which color, she showed me my options, and even though they didn’t have the particular color I wanted, she was able to get it transferred from another dealership. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed with making a decision, and was very attentive to me and my family who was with me! Samantha made sure to go through all the details of the paperwork which made it easy to understand, along with all the details of the car, as well as taking me around the dealership to show me where everything is and where to go for service and parts. The other guys in service were very enthusiastic about my new car, and made me feel comfortable with doing business with them, even years down the road. Out of all the vehicles I’ve bought and looked at, Samantha has been the best and most “non pushy” salesperson I’ve encountered. I don’t think there’s a bad experience that came out of this car buying process, and I am VERY happy with my new Crosstrek Wilderness! Thanks a lot for your help, Samantha!”

“What a great day buying a new car! Josh Herbert was fabulous! He listened to what I wanted, respected our price range, and let us work our way through a number of test drives and options. We never felt pressured or hurried. My husband was with me, but the car was for me, and Josh directed his attention to me which was so appreciated. The entire staff at Flatirons Subaru was welcoming and on the walkthrough to see the service department congratulated us on our new car. THIS is how customers should feel buying a car!”
