“This was the third dealership I had gone to, and definitely had the best experience. At the other dealerships I felt I was being treated like a child (I’m 23) and the sales people didn’t think I would purchase anything, so they didn’t take me seriously. However, at flatirons, I walked in and was immediately greeted and with a salesperson within only a couple minutes. Samantha, was the one who helped me out! I came in looking for a Crosstrek Wilderness but wasn’t sure which color, she showed me my options, and even though they didn’t have the particular color I wanted, she was able to get it transferred from another dealership. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed with making a decision, and was very attentive to me and my family who was with me!
