My family and I experienced something interesting with Boulder Nissan. We traded in two Nissans for a more suitable Nissan truck for Colorado. However, their team’s communication and consistency was lacking, especially when important details were not relayed effectively. While it’s understandable that things change, the company shouldn’t conflate issues with the customer. I had expected much more consideration and empathy, but instead, I felt like I had done something wrong.

I have been buying Nissans from Boulder Nissan for my last three EVs. Love their business style. They are easy to work with and everything is up front. Their sales people and service people are friendly. I have experimented on occasion with other Nissan dealers and find them not up to my standards. Shout out to Marcus for his patients and knowledge during my current purchase. (Also, Christy, one of the service people, is one of the best.)

I am super happy with the sweet 2024 Pathfinder that I purchased from Boulder Nissan! I had a great experience working with everyone at this dealership. In the past I've worked with BIG dealerships that just never had the same personal connection that you get with this place. I worked with Jordan Marquez who walked me through EVERYTHING about the vehicle and was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out. This is my first Nissan, and I am more than happy!!!!!

I recently purchased a Nissan ARIYA at Boulder Nissan, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. A big shoutout to Lorenzo, who made the whole process so much easier! He was fantastic in both sales and finance, answering all my questions, explaining the details, and ensuring I got the best deal possible in my trade in and my new car. Lorenzo’s professionalism and customer-focused attitude really stood out. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made sure I understood every step along the way I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Lorenzo. It’s hard to find such excellent service, and I’m really happy with my Nissan. Thanks again, Lorenzo and the Boulder Nissan team!

Do not buy a used car from this dealership they will sell you a lemon and try to pass it off like they did a 121pt inspection when they did not, they let me drive off the lot with a broken axle, and then didn't get back to me for over a month even though I emailed and called multiple times, Then When Ed Olsen finally got back to me they agreed to fix it which made me think great this place is awesome. but then when I came to pick up my car after numerous conversations with the parts department to make sure they did a thorough check of the rest of the car, I felt a vibration I hadn't felt before when driving the car, I drove straight back this time and had him drive it with me, he said he didn't feel anything an that those vibrations were normal, but if I didn't believe him to take it for a second opinion, which I did, and it turned out that those vibrations I was hearing were my back shocks that had been leaking oil for months, and since I had only had the car for barely a month an driven less than 500 miles this was an issue before I even bought the car, so either the mechanics are incompetent and didn't see two major issues this car had or they didn't actually do the inspections like they said, I once again emailed Ed Olsen about this as well as two other managers I had been speaking with and was told by Ed that I could get it fixed somewhere else and that it wasn't his problem and he was no longer going to be answering my emails. so just be aware that this "family business" is not your family and they will sell you a lemon of a vehicle if you aren't careful or are too trusting like I was.
