“I recently traded in my vehicle at Acura Boston and had two very different experiences. First, I cannot say enough good things about my salesman, Jake Rush. Jake went above and beyond to make sure the trade went smoothly. He worked incredibly hard, stayed on top of every detail, and truly earned my business. If you are going to this dealership, ask for Jake.
​Unfortunately, the experience was soured by Bill, the General Manager. While Jake was professional and hardworking, Bill’s involvement was the exact opposite. My interactions with him were a significant negative point in an otherwise great process.
It’s a shame that such a high-performing salesperson like Jake is being represented by management that doesn't meet that same standard.
5 stars for Jake,

“You don't become a trusted partner for nearly 10 years by doing things wrong and not working well with your clients.
Number 4 with with Acura of Boston team and the process was just as easy as each previous time. Christian, Tayla, and Johnny, thank you for being excellent, it means alot to know the future of Acura of Boston is very bright with people like you there!
Each meaningul metric was met and exceeded and we are happy that we left with another great car and excellent deal.
Thank you for the great conversations and being so warm and welcoming to my 3 year old even though she was a mini tornado!

After a long and often frustrating search for the right car, walking into their dealership felt like a breath of fresh air. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
Miguel, our salesperson, was everything you could hope for; knowledgeable, honest, personable, and kind. He made the entire process feel easy and stress free. Tyla, the finance manager, was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and clear. I’m deeply grateful for her time and care.
It’s rare to find a dealership with this level of care and professionalism. I wouldn’t consider buying an Acura from anywhere else, ever. I will be back, and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.”

“Love my new Acura RDX. Dealership, well there seems to be a lot of vacancies and new staff (so not like the Acura dealership of excellence I’ve had the pleasure of years ago). However the GM is a gentleman and Max for sales - hustled to get us our car. Everyone else we worked with is very nice just some new & need some seasoning.”
