“I’ve came here multiple times for routine maintenance and have never had an issue. Went it for a tire rotation/oil change and after about 2 1/2 hours, my car was still not done so I went up to a salespersons desk and asked for an update! Essentially my car had been forgotten about and all of the maintenance people had left so I was just sitting in the waiting area for about 30 minutes AFTER service dept. had closed… The salesman was very helpful and apologetic about the issue but service really dropped the ball this time. Not to mention the grease smeared onto my door! Will not be returning…”

“I could not say enough about my experience at Modern Toyota of Boone. I had gone in early February to get my RAV maintained, when I saw a Land Cruiser in the showroom which just absolutely caught my eye. Kristian, the salesperson, approached me with a helpful air vs. being pushy. He was thoughtful and tried to help me get as much of a sense of the vehicle and options as the time I had allowed. Over the next month and a half, the communication had a point - wasn't trying to sell me any other car, but keeping me informed of when other models of the Land Cruiser were coming in. When I needed to reschedule the day I could come in, he was totally fine. When I did come in, he was outside waiting for me to show me to the options I had to drive. He was knowledgeable and what he didn't know, he found out. His sales manager, Matt, was also soo helpful. Once I decided to buy, I knew exactly the color and options I wanted - within 30 min, they confirmed that they were sending someone across the state at 7a the next morning to pick it up and bring it here. When I picked it up after work, they had everything ready and it was detailed - en route the windshield got a crack in it and they had already ordered a new one. Everything was ready to go, they were beyond friendly, and also worked to get me an amazing interest rate. I just appreciate them, I trust them, and could NOT recommend any other dealership more highly. Additionally - this is the entire crew there. Thanks for making this such a great experience.”
