“Saturday I shopped online for a Jeep, and found the perfect one at Bonita Beach Mitsubishi! I arrived and the dealership was busy. Sergio greeted us and was very friendly! Then the manager came to help move vehicles for us to test drive the Jeep, with everything going on the service was Great! Mario in finance was polite and Fast! The whole experience was wonderful! I Love the Jeep Islander and would highly recommend visiting Bonita Beach Mitsubishi!!!”

“Great service, they have a great selection of cars and I have recently purchased a car and got it easily and it runs well. I got one of my favorite cars from here the Targa 4s It looks great with the top down.”

“Came in on a Monday at 5pm when they close at 7pm with a trade in. After having a horrible experience at a big dealership in town, they treated me amazing. Reynaldo was quick and great to work with. Would recommend anyone to here. They were able to get everything done by the time they closed, trade in and financing all done.”

“The staff in the sales department are excellent. The sales manager Carlos helped get the deal to where I could afford it. He really seemed to understand my situation and was compassionate. The salesman Eborn was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Even the finance crew did what they could. Although the deal didn't pan out. (Nothing they did wrong) I wanted to leave a review because this whole team really tried to get me into my dream mom car. Thank you guys!”

“--- Dishonest and Unaccountable – Avoid Bonita Beach Mitsubishi I purchased a vehicle from Bonita Beach Mitsubishi, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After the sale, I discovered multiple issues with the car that were clearly caused by the dealership’s own staff—whether through neglect, carelessness, or flat-out dishonesty. What’s worse, these problems were known to the dealership before the sale. I brought them to their attention expecting a professional response—an apology, an offer to fix the problems, or at the very least, an acknowledgment. Instead, I was met with deflection, denial, and a complete refusal to take any responsibility. This is not how a reputable business should operate. Selling a vehicle with known defects and then washing your hands of it when confronted is unethical and shows a clear lack of integrity. If you're considering buying from Bonita Beach Mitsubishi, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. At the very least, get everything in writing, and have the car thoroughly inspected by a third party before signing anything. Once they’ve made the sale, don’t expect them to stand behind the product. ---”
