“Very concerning experience. Waste of time !!! Be aware. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and during the process my credit was pulled. I did not give clear authorization for a credit inquiry at that time. I was told they would “add it to the file later,” yet the inquiry was already made. After discussing financing, I was then informed that the vehicle was “broken” and could not be sold. This should have been confirmed before moving forward with any credit check. What made the situation even more concerning was being told that “if it were them, they would never give their credit score away.” That statement alone speaks volumes. I spoke with a manager named Michael, but the situation was not handled in a way that restored trust. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and clear authorization before any credit inquiry is made. I would strongly advise future buyers to be cautious and confirm everything in writing before allowing any personal information to be used. Also a special claim will be made in the place for us misleading and illegal purposes.”
