“It was a drive for me to go out to their location and view a particular vehicle which I had seen on truecar.com and cars.com but when I got there I had to wait because another customer was testing the vehicle I was interested in. I was just about to leave when they brought over the keys for me to test the vehicle, not to say that the staff was making me wait but rather the customer who tested the vehicle prior to me couldn't make up his mind. The funny part was that I was one handshake away from walking out when they hooked me like fish with the test drive.
