“I bought a Cadillac Escalade ESV from Nick: Wouldn't recommend buying from them if Out of State.
Overall things were fine, looked over the car's service history, pricing looked in-line and drove 3hrs up to get the vehicle. We did a quick test drive and then the usual upselling during the transaction. I get that's how these guys make more of their money but I was lied to about a dealer add-on - Pulse Brakes - that is mandatory with their sales and rushed through the document. It's not mandatory but whatever. Nick looks like he could have a cameo on the show Tires so let's throw him a couple bucks. None of that is the issue.
My issue with this vehicle & service is that it had been sitting on their lot for over 6 months and was "serviced regularly". So tell me why our SUPER CRUISE DID NOT WORK. A main feature on the car, that I was told wouldn't automatically connect right away because the time it takes On Star to switch the membership over. Bunch of BS. I bought this car in October 2025, we got Super Cruise to finally start working in January of 2026. We had to replace the camera and install a new module. All things that should of been discovered before evening putting this vehicle on the lot. I knew that cadillac has good warranty programs and that this vehicle was still under it's warranty when I bought it, thank God cause otherwise those services to get SC to work would of been extremely expensive. Makes sense why they try so hard to sell their warranty packages - a full inspection should have caught the Super Cruise not working but instead I've spent months with a local GM dealer getting it to work.”

“My transmission was replaced under warranty. They would not cover my rental car and I can understand that. However, during the fix, communication was very poor. I would call and ask for updates but I would never receive a return call. I had to physically go to the dealership in person to get any updates. I then get a text update to find out they ordered the wrong part. This caused me to be out of my car for an additional 2 weeks. They initially said they would consider helping me with my rental costs which were now up to about $2000 for the month. But then they never would actually send me any reimbursement. Again, I had to physically go to the dealership in person to get any updates. Finally, they agreed to reimburse me $500. Better than nothing, but very poor customer service and about 1/2 of what THEIR MISTAKE caused me. It took me almost 3 months and 6 visits to the dealership to get to the end of this. I personally would never buy a car here because of their lack of customer service alone. I gave them 2 stars for honoring the warranty (should be an expectation) and reimbursing the $500.”

They helped create an awesome experience going above and beyond where they could. Was a great experience, even with an impatient 4 year old! 10/10 would definitely purchase from these guys again!”
