If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Ive been a loyal customer for 5-6 years since leasing my car here in 2020. There have been a series of disrespect I've endured and no longer trust this place to provide the customer care and service I need. After my lease completed, I went in to purchase my car. Kristine set an appointment for me at 3pm. I arrived and ended up waiting a whole hour before she got back to me and asked me to come back because they ended up having more sales that day than expected. I was confused why I needed to come back when we set an appointment up? I left and came back a different time and worked with a man name Chris. He took so long to do my loan. I was there was 4 hours going on 5 and ultimately had to leave because I had places to be. I left and came back a third time to finally finalize my purchase. I dont live near this dealership. Its a 30 minute drive for me. So I did a lot of driving back and forth. After this, I still decided to go there for my services as I had purchased my car there despite it being far from my house. Services were fine until one appointment where I dropped off my car to get all 4 tires replaced. I was told it would take to the end of the day for my vehicle to be ready. I said that's fine and left. I had rearranged my whole work day in order to be able to pick up my car later. I waited at home for hours and heard no updates. Finally, when it was 5:50pm I called KIA and was told that Service had already closed for the day and everyone was gone. There was no one I could talk to on the service team. I was able to speak to the GM but he was no help since he was not apart of service. I was disappointed and frustrated. There was no communication at all that my car was going to be there overnight. The next morning I wake up to an early call from the service department saying that my car was done and ready for pick up. Immediately after, he followed with "you said your car could be here overnight". Giving me the impression that he knew I was upset and probably had been given a heads up from the GM I spoke to the night before. I told him I never agreed to overnight and there was no communication what so ever after the fact. Even after this incident, I stupidly continued to go back for services. My last straw was last October I noticed my car leaking on my driveway. When I went in to get serviced, I told the guy there if that could be checked. When my service was done, he told me there was no leak and that my car was good to go. I was confused. Maybe I had been wrong? Maybe it was just a small leak that was normal and now not a problem? After this, I didnt see any leak for weeks and figured it was ok. Shortly after, the leak came back and now more than ever. I decided to trust my gut and not go back to KIA Bloomington. I took my car to Midas instead and was told I have 2 areas of leak. One area in which was a pretty noticeable leak that should've been detected in my last service at KIA. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience here. I was so patient and kind after all the disrespect I endured. Thinking back, I was pushed around and gaslighted on multiple levels. I do not recommend this dealership and their service to anyone. Save your time a head ache and go elsewhere.

First time I've ever had a sales person build me a webpage with cars to choose from. Learned about the model and available trims quickly, and was able to zone in on a trim that met our requirements, all while understanding the terms and price (that was easy to compare while deciding). Signing was quick, the whole appointment was efficient. Great car! Looking forward to doing business again. We took our 16 year old son with us so he could experience the pain and boredom of buying a car, but we likely just spoiled his future expectations. Sales rep Rachel Conley A+

Can we talk about how amazing Jeff the Service Advisor is? He has worked with me & my auto on multiple occasions, and is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. He is very pragmatic yet also personable in his approach to customer service; it is highly appreciated. I will say that everyone else I have encountered there has also been quite pleasant. But Jeff is exceptional. Give that man a raise. Or at least, employ him until the end of time.

We took our new 2025 Sorento to the dealership to have Kia accessories installed (running boards and mud flaps). Long story short, what should have been a 2-hour install turned into a 2 week ordeal. They broke the part because they didn't know what they were doing, and may have damaged the vehicle (we never did get a clear, consistent, and convincing explanation as to what actually happened). Despite several requests to speak with the service manager, that never happened. He/she was always "off site.". No phone call or follow up from the manager. After finally getting the accessories installed, we requested a discount on service due to the inconvenience frustration, lack of communication, etc. They offered what amounted to about a $30 discount from what the original quote was (the pricing and discounts seemed like a moving target from the beginning). We did eventually convince them to give us a couple of free oil changes - asked for not offered. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. My trust in having them do service on our vehicle is shaken. If they can't do this correctly, how am I supposed to trust then with the important stuff?

Wow! I have to give a big shout out to this Dealership.. I want to acknowledge everyone, including the lady that spent 30 minutes on the phone with me last week trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my vehicle. I initially thought maybe my car‘s intermittent starting problem was the key fob & Her and I discussed reprogramming, etc., etc. on the key fob. She was very courteous of trying to keep the cost down because at that point, I didn’t know if reprogramming was going to fix it. This Luther Dealership has always been my favorite. The service advisors are top notch, and most importantly they listen to you. My service advisor Chad, I could tell, that he was listening to me as I was explaining to him what was going on with my vehicle. I went in needing two things. I believed it was the starter and my door handle, the electronic button had stopped working. It took about an hour and a half for the initial diagnosis which is typical. Dealerships are busy places. He then asked if I wanted a ride home to wait. How nice is that? I knew the Repair would probably take 3 to 4 hours so I did take the courtesy shuttle home. The courtesy shuttle driver Anthony was so sweet!. I left my coffee in the van and he even drove back to give it to me. He then picked me up when my vehicle was ready. I had no issues with the items being covered on my extended warranty and it was an A++ experience. Thank You to all the folks at Luther Kia in Bloomington!
