“The women and men at Bloomington CarMax are great they treated me like a person not a check on a list of sold cars. Everyone that I was in contact with was courteous and seemed genuinely interested in me getting what I wanted, which was a great used car at a fair price. Even when dealing with the crazy amount of paperwork and procedure of my finance company, they kept their cool and worked right through it to the end and I came home with my new (old) car. The only issue I had was waiting for my vehicle to be transported here, but it’s just part of the system in this business model. Patience prevailed, and I got my car.”

“Just bought a car here. The car is great. Overall the experience was good as well. Mike the manager went out of his way to make sure that we had a great buying experience. Jackie our sales rep, was extremely pleasant to deal with and there were none of the typical car salesman pressure tactics whatsoever. We would have given our experience 5 stars...but we took off one since we were there for longer than we felt was necessary. (4 hours from the beginning of our appointment until we drove off with our new vehicle) If they could streamline the buying experience and shorten the wait time it would make for a much more pleasant experience overall. Nevertheless, we would come here again.”
