“John was Amazing and created the BEST experience for us. He was patient, clearly communicated, and made sure we understood ALL of the paperwork before signing. He connected with us as people/a family not just a sale making us feel confident and comfortable with this purchase.
Thank you For Your Help John!

“Outstanding Experience with Pete!
I recently purchased a vehicle and had the absolute pleasure of working with Pete—hands down one of the best car salesmen I've ever met. From the moment I walked in, Pete was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car, not just making a sale.
He took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions with patience and honesty, and never once made me feel pressured. His professionalism and transparency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Pete even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well—talk about going above and beyond!
If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your experience and will treat you like family, ask for Pete. I can't recommend him highly enough!”

“I had such a great experience working with Zach Cicero! He made the entire leasing process so easy and stress-free. From the moment I reached out, he was professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and was never pushy — just genuinely helpful. I absolutely love my new car and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend asking for Zach Cicero if you’re looking to lease or buy!”

“Well… Took the car in because my headlight wasn’t working. I advise that I replaced the HID light but it’s not coming on. After their review, they suggested I purchase a complete headlight assembly. Instead of getting a unit from them for $2000 I found a unit on eBay. In the process of having the unit install(by a collision shop), I noticed the dealership removed my bulb.. but didn’t return it) it was determined that the ballast on the original unit was bad. So I purchased a ballast from the collision shop for $100, purchased a new bulb to replace the one the dealerships removed and didn’t return and now my bulb is working fine now.
But the service guy was super nice 🤷🏽‍♂️”

“After finding an issue that was covered under my warranty (an outside shop diagnosed it), I bought my car to Golling. They had great service when I initially bought the vehicle so I was happy to drive out there to have it serviced thinking I would receive the same level of care. I had brought it in for an interior leak , an emergency brake cable along with a few other things. They said it would be $180 for EACH issue to be diagnosed.. later called and said the cable would be a double diagnosis fee, which would require adjustment and not just replacing the previously diagnosed stretched cable. So we paid for new door seals which were not covered by warranty & the adjustment because this was the first time they were seeing it and they didn’t think the previous adjustments were done correctly even after we had explained we have had it adjusted and then it rolls down the driveway weeks later.. We paid & picked the jeep up and when it rained, I still had the same leaks & a week later the brake was no longer holding (exactly as we expected) and we brought it back. These 2 issues turned out to be “another missed seal- this time the windshield seal” and “we now need to do an interior adjustment”.. which of course we fought because the top comes off so replacing a single seal trim and 2 pins shouldn’t be a 5 hour job. When I picked it up and there was a little water on the floor after they did the car wash. I immediately texted a photo to the service advisor. Over the next month it continued to leak & slowly started to slip again down the driveway.. I texted photos almost weekly.. finally emailed asking when I could bring it back and got a response. I emailed to tell him the day and time I’d bring it by to no response- when we brought it back I was met not by my advisor but another who asked if I had been helped. He asked another 2 men standing there if they could write me up, to which they (in front of me) said “you can write it up, I’m busy, why can’t you?”.. and argued amongst themselves.. totally unprofessional! [..] Monday he called to say it was done. Didn’t say what had been done to fix it. I called to find out what the solve was and specified that I was walking into a meeting, that I wanted to know what had been replaced & please call me after 3 when I’m out. Of course he called back during my 1 hour meeting and left a message with no answers. I went to pick it up and was stuck in traffic so I called to make sure they would have it ready for me I was coming from 45 mins away in traffic it would be close to closing.. the man just repeated that they close at 6. We arrived @5:47. I asked what had been done, he said they put on all new seals. I asked how that hadn’t been fixed the first 2 times, how should I know which seals I actually needed? What does that diagnosis fee cover if it’s not diagnosed properly the first and second time?.. frustrated with no good answers I left to go drive off in my jeep, as soon as I opened the front door I saw water lines on the door and the passenger seat floor had a decent size puddle of water. I walked back in to ask him to come see so he knew I wasn’t crazy. He had informed me that the day before he had gone out after a good storm and it “was bone dry”. He grumbled, said “ugh, it’s quitting time” to which I replied, I’m not taking this home wet again, please come look to see what I see. And he reluctantly followed. [...] The “brand new seals that they just redid because the first time it must not have taken” are 2 sloppily cut pieces of FOAM TAPE! The side front pillar hasn’t been put back together right, I have black greasy hand prints from them handling the white top pieces and not cleaning them off. 4 trips to the dealership (conveniently 45 mins from home), weeks worth of borrowing cars to drive while it’s been in the shop, and all this money and time for this mess. Think twice before taking your vehicle to them for repairs.”
