“Don't go here for any reason.
sold me a pre owned Audi with 80k miles on it. My gf drove it when we did the test drive, but as soon as I drove it the following day it was noticed that it had a front end vibration when turning as well as the rear cup holder was broken and filthy. brought it back for the front to be looked at, told a calibration would fix it. brought it back for the front end to be fixed and rear cup holder to be replaced. Dropped it off and they called to say it was repaired. picked it up and noticed it was still doing it. the Technician didnt verify the repair.
called again, agreed to fix it. before we could get it back again, the coolant warning light came on. asked them to look at that too. brought it back, they swapped the front clutch assembly, oil cooler, and rear cupholder. Had it back in our possession for less than 24 hours before the engine blew.
We had this car a total of a month and a half, with the car being in their possession longer than ours. Sales Manager agreed to take the car back, great! Told me to tell him when I was coming so that another car n the lot could be cleaned and ready. communicated my intent, showed up the car wasnt cleaned (AT ALL), and proceeded to spend 4 hours getting it all done. In all that time, they still didnt get the car cleaned. Got the car back halfway clean with low tire pressure and realized the tow bar cover is missing from the back bumper. Under normal circumstances, id go back to the dealer but I just want to be done with these people.
These people are the exact opposite of a luxury experience. I have had better experiences at Hyundai and Ford dealers. Upper management should be embarrassed by this location.”

“Initiated an online inquiry and received an extremely prompt call with competitive pricing from "Captain" Kirk. In speaking with both he and his sales manager, Richard, we came to an agreement on pricing of new unit and my trade value. They provided me with a buyer's order and I promptly gave them a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle. While they are over an hour away, it is worth the drive to save me $1800 from local Baltimore dealers. The sales process was smooth, efficient and professional. Highly recommend Kirk, Richard and GM Mike McNicholas---great job gentlemen--much appreciated!”

“Purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 Prestige (5,045 miles) from this dealership. I worked with Kirk Saraydaroglu and sales manager Kenny Griffin. First time here, first Audi.
We didn't have to go back and forth on the price (more than once anyway), which I definitely appreciated. And I was given a fair (KBB) purchase price on my trade right from the start, also appreciated.
At the end of the day I walked in at 9am and was out by 12pm on a Saturday, with both keys and the car.
A couple of things...
I noticed two very deep key scratches on the driver side door when test driving, which I pointed out and asked they repair as part of the deal. This was honored within a week, they even gave me a 2024 Q5 Sportback as a loaner! My vehicle was fixed within 3 days of dropping it off (as promised), that impressed me!
When it came to finance and paperwork, I asked that no one try to upsell me on warranties/wheel packages, etc... and they respected that. Signed a couple of docs and was on my way!
At delivery, I had initially got nervous about transfer paperwork when they insisted on putting temp tags on the car, while I just wanted to keep my current plates on the car. But within 3 weeks, they mailed me my MVA registration and all was good to go.... also appreciated.
Then a few days after that, I received a check in the mail from the dealership for overpayment of MVA transfer paperwork... also appreciated.
I don't trust many stealerships in the area, because quite frankly there's too many weak (scarcity mindset) salespeople who don't understand that you don't need to squeeze every dollar possible from a customer like it's the last time you'll see them.
Integrity and trust go a long way; repeat business and referrals.
I watched both Kirk and Kenny work with other customers while my car was being prepped, they both move fast lol... and it became very clear to me they are there to move vehicles at fair prices (and will keep it moving). Ultimately, you both delivered on everything you said you would... and most of that was based off a handshake, not even on paper. I respect that!
Naturally, I still had the car checked out by a trusted mechanic immediately afterwards... and my guy confirmed the car is in perfect condition! We still did an oil change, changed filters... and I replaced/repaired all the things you do when you buy a car that just sits around for 2+ years. Now 1800 miles and 5 weeks later, this car is looking and running like it's brand new.
Kirk and Kenny, you've both earned my business and also my trust! The Bethesda location is actually really out of the way for me, but I'm glad I made the trip. I look forward to working with you again.”
