“I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from ACP Auto Wholesalers after being told the vehicle had a clean Carfax and was in good condition with no issues. Within two days, the vehicle developed serious internal mechanical problems. They gave me an opportunity to have it repaired through their mechanic, but the issues were never properly fixed and continued to occur. After spending my own money trying to address the problems and receiving little to no help from the dealership, I decided the vehicle was not worth keeping. When I attempted to request a return or resolution, I was treated disrespectfully and was ultimately trespassed from the property. Because of the dealership’s lack of responsibility, communication, and professionalism, I had no choice but to voluntarily surrender the vehicle. I also want to note that they attempted to sell me a different vehicle that had clear starter problems and would not even start on the lot, while still pressuring me to purchase it. While they may have some vehicles that run properly, based on my experience, it does not appear that all of their vehicles are thoroughly inspected or serviced before being sold. I tried to have reasonable discussions with them multiple times, but I’ve been left with no real options or resolution. Thank you, ACP, for your business. I just hope no one else has to go through the experience I had.”

“Purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Van for $11,000 in June. They cleaned up with the outside and interior to make it seem in better shape, but the undercarriage was held together with what seems to be heat shield. Upon removing that, I found the entire underbody was rusted out. Even if I felt safe to drive it personally, it is no longer road legal. I suggest anyone purchasing through this dealership does an extreme amount of due diligence, they will take advantage of people in tight spots if they get the chance.”
