1st generation BMW X1, 2014 was bought at this location in Berkeley. This car was keep stellar , every service written down , every recall addressed. Then on that horrific day of 01/30/2025. 12/24/2025, this car was serviced for a multi point inspection, they performed oil change ,oil filter cause, replaced gasket, and oil filter cap. After everything was done. They send us away with a smile at the BMW Auto Mall Parkway , Fairfield . Deadly mistake! 01/30/25 on the night ,this gut twisting incident happened! No noticed , no signal from the car dashboard. My daughter saw the smoke from the rear, parked on the side of the highway and ran. She called 911. They almost died that night... The police and firefighters we're on sight Dealing with traumatic young women. Be careful if you have on those cars. I was told there's a recall on a defective wire near the water pump that may add to the car catching fire. What's BMW dealership doing about it??? Nothing!!! There's washing their hands off. January, February has gone by and we’re following March .My daughter is so distraught, and to traumatize to even muster to pick a vehicle let alone to think of driving one at this moment I am personally disappointed and disgusted by The brand all together as a two times buyer of BMW. I will never step foot in the place, nor give my hard earn money twice again to anyone who does not value me as a customer when the chips are on fire . I've complimented so many times about this car that young relatives have bought the car. Friends noticed that we favor this vehicle since we bought two. Worst is the service department didn't care, Stephanie Chavez point blank said to us on a conversation ,and I quote.. "My car blew up to" She left it at that. Can you believe this ladies and gentleman consumers, the disgraceful behavior and betrayal of this brand.... So I cannot in good conscience and will NEVER make any recommendations towards this brand. You may lose your life without warning, as we almost did. This brand deserves NO star !! PLEASE DO NOT respond with your usual generic automated message. It’s borderline disrespectful and lacks sincerity .

Excellent communication and follow up. We worked most of the deal in advance and finished up in the office. I was in our new BMW in less than 2 hours from walking in. That even included a test drive! Most importantly these are honorable people. Straightforward, no games and true to their word. I would return and its not that close to our home.

Best decision I ever made was contacting Jeremy of Weatherford bmw in Oakland. I had contacted 3-4 dealers prior but realized immediately that Jeremy was my guy. Throughout the process of ordering a new bmw, Jeremy kept me informed and also reacted quickly when I changed my mind on options. Elini, the finance director, was knowledgeable and delightful to work with as she explained all options of my leasing program. Last and the person who completed my experience perfectly was Devin who demonstrated and helped set up my infotainment. I would recommend Weatherford BMW to anyone who appreciates being catered.

I recently purchased a 2026 X5 hybrid from Weatherford BMW, and this was the first time I have ever bought a brand new vehicle. I have always purchased used cars but have long dreamed of owning a brand new BMW. Luxury dealerships are intimidating for a first time buyer, and after visiting a BMW in another location a few weeks earlier, I did not feel very comfortable. I am so grateful that I decided to give it another try and went to Weatherford, where I met Jeremy. He truly is exceptional. From the start, he made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my needs, and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He helped me find my dream car, one that not only checked every box but also represents years of hard work and perseverance. On top of all that, he secured me a great deal. Laura in finance helped me finalize the purchase and paperwork. She was very efficient and clear about everything. She didn't push anything just helped me decide what warranties would work best for my situation. I am incredibly grateful for the experience, and it was absolutely worth the wait.

My wife and I decided we wanted a weekend summer car and after shopping around landed on a 430i convertible. We found a great deal at Weatherford BMW and called and spoke with James Zheng to confirm it was still available. James was incredibly responsible over the phone and informed us that it was available and that he would pull the vehicle and have it ready for us. We drove to the dealership And upon arrival we saw the vehicle sitting outside. There were no pushy salesman and James greeted us and took us to show us the vehicle. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle with just my wife and I which was very nice. It allowed us to discuss the vehicle without feeling pressure from a salesman. Once we returned, we agreed that we wanted the vehicle and began the paperwork. The process was seamless Everyone from James to the finance manager Naseer was excellent. The dealership was extremely clean and Everybody was extremely friendly Including Leo, the dog who my wife absolutely loved. The dealership was attentive and even had one of the Genius pros help us go over all of the interior features which was awesome. The whole process was great and they even discounted the car without us asking them to and got us a much better rate at the end. The whole process was easy and stress free. I highly recommend paying these guys a visit because it’s been one of the easiest dealerships we’ve ever purchased a car from!
