“We went in and kicked tires...a great friend of ours drives an Audi, and highly recommended them. We met Jorge (George?) I can't remember the spelling, however, he was wonderful. Knowledgeable and kind...knew we likely were not buying that day, but still treated us wonderfully! I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for one of these cars!!”

“While I love the car itself, the experience at Audi Fort Worth was extremely frustrating. The sales process felt aggressive and exhausting. To get a decent price on a car with 130,000 miles, I was forced into unnecessary add-ons and mandatory dealer financing, making it clear their focus was maximizing profit, not customer fairness.
The real issue came not even 6 months later: I had a tire blowout on the already worn tires. I discovered they never gave me the wheel lock key. When I reached out for support, they tried to charge me over $100 for a key they should have provided.
I felt like I was being "sucked dry" during the sale, and then completely abandoned afterward. Support staff mostly gave me the runaround. Jose in Parts tried to help, but the key he provided which I had to drive all the way to Ft Worth from Dallas for did not even work.
BUYER BEWARE: If purchasing a used car here, expect poor sales integrity and absolutely no support once you drive off the lot.”

“Beautiful facility, drive into the secured service department and be met by an agent who got us checked in quickly. Was issued a similar loaner for the day. Husband appreciated seeing video of the mechanics assessment and our repairs were completed quickly. Our service guy Jesus was great to work with. Comfortable sitting area's and coffee bar which allows you access to internet. Very happy with our experience”
