“I do not have any comments regarding a service review because I never brought my truck in for routine service. However, I can provide a review based on my truck replacement experience. My 2026 Silverado required a full engine and turbo replacement, which was confirmed by GM. Due to the severity of the issue, my understanding was that the truck should be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement process has taken an excessive amount of time, with little urgency or clear communication. What is frustrating is the contrast in responsiveness. When I was in the process of buying a truck, I received calls almost every day. Now that I am dealing with a major manufacturer issue and waiting for a replacement, the follow-up and support have been very slow. This situation has been disappointing, especially considering the age of the vehicle and the seriousness of the repair. I expected better communication and a faster resolution Franco magdaleno.”
