Great experience at Cadillac of Bellevue picking out and purchasing our Escalade! Our sales team, Brenda and Steve, were both extremely kind and helpful. They showed us multiple models we were interested in. My wife and I each test-drove a couple of the promising ones and ended up picking the IQL. The purchasing process was also super smooth and easy. We had to bring our toddler along, which meant we had to break the process into several weekend visits, and everyone was super understanding and flexible and made it a really enjoyable process. The deals they offer also seem fair to us, and no unwanted options or upgrades were ever pushed on us, and we definitely feel our questions were answered and our requests heard, which is always nice! Real professionals here who care and want to be helpful. We will definitely take our business back if/when we look for another Caddy in the future!

A+ car buying experience! I recently purchased a 2025 Escalade Sport from Bellevue Cadillac, and working with Andy made the entire experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he created a comfortable, no‑pressure environment that allowed me to explore the vehicle at my own pace. He answered every question thoroughly and clearly, demonstrating an impressive level of knowledge about the Escalade and the Cadillac lineup as a whole. I was slow to buy but Andy was patient. We exchanged numbers and every subsequent text I initiated was answered promptly, again with zero pressure. Andy’s professionalism and courteous approach stood out throughout the process. He made sure I felt confident and informed at every step, and I left the dealership feeling genuinely good about my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, patience, and customer care so seamlessly. If you’re considering Bellevue Cadillac, I highly recommend asking for Andy! He made this one of the best car‑buying experiences I’ve had!

Girlfriend and I purchased a truck from this dealership and after a test drive the air ride shock was rattling back in the beginning of October. You could wiggle it by hand. And there was a nail in the tire. After spending upwards of 40,000 dollars, they refused to fix any and the excuse with the airbag/suspension was that since it was after market their mechanics can't touch it. After that, we texted the salesman and emailed sales manager multiple times regarding the warranty. Neither would respond. So we had to drive 50 minutes on a Saturday to get what we needed done with said warranty. We have never experienced such unprofessional customer service especially spending as much money as we did. Not only did they not fix issues with the vehicle they are willing to violate RCWs while selling vehicles. Coming up on 2 months now and still no license plates. So because we have wrote one review that they were not happy with we had nothing but more issues.

Cadillac of Bellevue – and specifically Noland Pelly – absolutely restored my faith in the brand and in car dealerships in general. After a really challenging experience with Brotherton Cadillac of Renton that ultimately led to a lemon law claim, I was understandably cautious about starting over. From the very first interaction, Noland and the team at Cadillac of Bellevue were willing to extend trust, listen to my situation, and work with me to secure the car of my dreams. Noland was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me pick out the exact car I wanted – the right model, the right options, the right details – without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He worked with me on timing, was patient with my questions, and kept me updated at every step. They even had everything prepared and ready to go four days before our agreed closing date, which made the final pickup incredibly easy and stress-free. The entire experience was streamlined, transparent, and confidence-inspiring. I drove away in my dream car feeling genuinely grateful for how I was treated. Given that prices are comparable across dealerships, the difference here is the service, customer care, and attention to detail. I am incredibly appreciative of Cadillac of Bellevue and Noland Pelly, and I would highly recommend this dealership – especially over other Cadillac dealerships in the area.

We had an excellent experience at Cadillac Bellevue! Our salesperson, Chris, was incredibly kind and attentive. He worked hard to find the best deal for us and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We recently purchased a 2026 Cadillac Lyriq, and a few days later, Chris even checked in to see how we were enjoying the car. Since we had never owned an electric vehicle before, he also shared his knowledge and gave us helpful tips to get the best experience from our new car. We truly appreciate his outstanding service and would highly recommend him!
