“I'm leaving this much deserved 5- star review, not only for Autonation Ford's (Bellevue) service department, but for both my fantastic service advisor, Vivienne Ferguson, and the factory-certified technician(s) who worked on my vehicle. From the start Vivienne showed empathy and was very personable as I voiced my concerns and what I needed done for a used truck i had recently purchased. this was going to be a big job with multiple moving parts and i appreciated Vivienne's responsiveness throughout the process in working diligently to ensure my concerns were addressed. The technician also sent a video he recorded subsequent the completion of work on my truck with a update which I appreciated very much!!!! (technicians don't usually reach out to customers) it just went to show the level of transparency at this service department which simply elicits trust and is good policy. Further, I appreciated Vivienne arranging Lyft rides from and back to Autonation Ford at drop off and pick up for my truck, and my service team did excellent in performing a complimentary inspection of my truck and giving me assurances on its condition! every step of the way during servicing Vivienne kept in touch and communicated constant updates, and worked with me as things progressed. my service team at Autonation Ford Bellevue has earned my business and I will be a repeat customer! I would highly recommend this dealership service center to my family and anyone looking for high quality and personable service for their vehicle!! Vivienne is also a military spouse, and as a Navy veteran, I appreciate both her husband's and her service to our nation! Great and trustworthy folks!!! Thanks again!!!”

“Excellent knowledge and customer focus by the salesperson, manager, and finance rep. I was especially impressed with Tim the salesperson. His knowledge of the new 2026 Ford F-150 Platinum truck features was exceptional. And he had a great sense of humor that helped make the visit enjoyable. I visited another dealer looking for the same truck the day before and I didn’t have a good experience. That dealer also tried pressuring me into a 2025 vehicle. I never felt any pressure sales tactics by Tim or his manager Jug at AutoNation. I traded in my truck on the deal for what I felt was a fair price. And I drove away satisfied with my new truck.”

“I brought my 2016 Ford Escape here for routine maintenance on December 8, 2023, at around 45,000 miles. As a first-time customer, I trusted the dealership’s recommendations. After reviewing the invoice more carefully later, I realized a large portion of the services performed were non-essential add-ons, such as multiple fuel/engine/transmission “cleaners,” oil treatments, and protection plans that are not required by Ford at this mileage. These items were presented as “recommended,” but not clearly explained as optional sales add-ons. As a result, I ended up paying significantly more than necessary for routine maintenance. I expect a Ford dealership to prioritize manufacturer-recommended maintenance, not upsell customers with unnecessary services. This experience seriously damaged my trust, and I would not return or recommend this location.”

“Excellent Dealership! I bought a bronco 2 months ago at another dealer and need some warranty work done nearby that I knew would be costly otherwise. Not only did they get me in the next day, Jes took care of me the through the whole process. She kept me updated and got everything covered under warranty. In by 8 out by 12. Other dealerships wouldn't even return my calls or emails. I can't believe I didn't need to contest the hardtop defects which are known, but time consuming. I'd definitely use this dealer again and will definitely return for all of my service and future Ford purchases. I just wish they had medium shirts for sale.”
