I’m reviewing the service department, specifically the service manager Marc. I had an emergency with my car that was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. I had a terrible experience with a previous dealership and was very anxious but Marc and his team assured me that all would be taken care of and it was. Everything from getting the car towed in to being loaned the exact same car made what could have been a nightmare seamless. The tow team that picked up my car were absolutely fantastic and I got my car back good as new and much cleaner than it had been when dropped off. I will be utilizing Acura of Bellevue as long as I live in the area.”
