“I bought a used 2020 Toyota Sienna. I have a special need child and the sienna was the best fit for my family so I thought. The salesman Ross was great and was very professional.
Within three (3) days of purchase, I notified your sales representative that the rear passenger-side sliding door does not operate automatically. The door unlocks and beeps but does not move under power, and the issue was not disclosed prior to sale and sure enough it needs a Motor and they refuse to repair it nor take the vehicle back.
The vehicle was not sold “as-is,” and no disclosure was made regarding this defect. I purchased the vehicle in good faith, and the defect appeared almost immediately after delivery, indicating it existed at the time of sale.
I own a small business for the last 15 years and I bought vehicles from Glen Burnie and Dundalk locations and spent a lot of money for maintenance and repairs.
I will proceed with filing complaints with the Maryland Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, and will consider pursuing legal remedies.
If you value your time and money, stay away from this location Bob Bell Bel Air.”

“First time customer… had the pleasure to work with Seth. Easy in and out process. Literally put me in the car of my dreams. My car was at a different location and they gave me a loaner two days without an issue bc it was the weekend till Monday. That is such a green flag. Really, honestly the easiest car buying process I ever had. Also great ppl in their finance department who got me out the door with a plan that fits my needs. Hopefully the service department is just as efficient.”

“They were polite over the phone and in person. They were patient in answering my questions and very informative in giving me information on what to expect time wise with shipping and their service. Once I arrived, they offered to give me a shuttle or a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. I opted for a rental, that was fully covered with warranty. They were able to have my vehicle serviced sooner than anticipated (Big Win 🏆) Their facility is nice and clean, even had a little kiddy table in the corner for my boys to play at in the waiting area. 10 out of 10, would recommend!”
