However, the experience has been less than favorable with management and the service department. I bought an EV, and it has been less than convenient. I tried to charge my vehicle at the dealership. But service department is allowed to park cars in the section for EVs. When asked to move the gas cars, the service staff caught an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager about the situation and was brushed off. I was told I could charge my car at a Tesla charging station, but a week later, I was told I had to purchase the adaptor.”
