“I don't usually write a bad review but this was the worst experience I've ever had. The only person who was customer oriented was the sales lady. The sales manager never came out of his office to speak with me in the over 4 hours I was there. Obviously I didn't purchase a vehicle from them. I will rate the service department 3 out of 5.”

“Purchased a used Ford pickup in 2019 from Berglund of Bedford. The truck has been great for the last 6 years. The biggest issue was that at the first oil change post purchase the drain plug was overtightened causing me to have to replace it with an oversize plug before switching to a valve. It felt like someone had taken an impact wrench to it. The promised second key was never completed, but that is on me as I did not make the time to go back that summer to get it completed.
The inventory as of this writing has not recovered from the pandemic era. Nowhere near the level of selection on the lot as they have had previously.”

“Worked with Jeff the Sales Manager on locating and possibly ordering a new Maverick. Jeff did all he could to locate the exact model I wanted and even went ahead with initially ordering it for me. Unfortunately I couldn't wait several months for it to arrive and Jeff went out of his way to locate one at a dealership 4 hours away for me. With everything he did and the extra effort on customer service I wouldn't hesitate buying a new Ford from Berglund of Bedford. Looking forward to having my new Maverick serviced at this dealership.”
