“I’m from out of town visiting here in the Dallas area. I was looking for a Mazda CX 30 Premium and found one through Carmax. I had it shipped to my hometown, and it was quite expensive (beware). When called to view the car, it had grease marks all on the inside, pulled up molding in an area, and an undisclosed dent. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed with CarMax. I did not take the car. I decided to look in the Dallas area and came across a CX 30 S Premium at Novak Motors, Bedford. It was after hours so I sent text asking if the car was available. I received an immediate response from Keith Thomas saying they would get back with me first thing in the morning, which he did. I was quite impressed with this service.
