“The service staff were all courteous and polite and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. However, I took my car for an oil change, arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to take care of any paperwork and I still sat in the waiting area for two hours and forty-five minutes for a simple oil change. It was ridiculous. Definitely driving out to Parma next time.”
