β€œI would recommend doing business with anyone other than Danny. He is very rushed, and confused. I told him multiple times I didnt like a car, just to be told there were no other cars in my prices range, just for me to get online and realize for one that wasnt true and for two the car I ended up buying originally wasnt up for sale because a enterprise employee was driving it home every night... So the management and sale reps can drive whatever car they want home at night, so yes they'll avoid selling a car just for that reasoning. I was only given this car as an second option because the gentleman that drive my nissian home every night overheard me upset over not finding a car after days of dealing with them and the half ass customer service. NOT once did Danny ever show me any other options. Boom, I finally pick a car, make my payment and leave. I had a trade in and forgot my title, no biggie, my mistake brought it in the next day. Damn near 10 days go by and these people are calling me demanding my cosigner and I return so we can sign paperwork that Danny didnt give us the first time?????? His natural reaction wasnt helpful. Repeatedly telling me I would have to come. It wasnt until I asked multiple follow up questions like "theres no e sign" "theres no other way to get this done". I flat out told him, I couldnt come until the next week. He throws something out regarding my loan as if I'm at fault because THEY missed paperwork. I got put on hold for him to return with an actual solution. Ive called multiple times with follow up for my warranty with questions regarding my car battery going out within the 10 days that they called to correct the paperwork. He's always confused and rushed, he can never give full clarity or understanding. His natural action is to force you to do whatver he thinks is best. He is very ego driven. Im mentally exhausted from dealing with him. Do better at training and teaching people skills. Now I'm finding out I have to pay full price for a battery after being told it was covered in the warranty. I wish I wouldve purchased my car else where. Never again. They tell you ANYTHING to sale you the car and any other up sales only for find the information is incorrect. Please read the fine print and dont let them tell you anything. Get proof or paperwork for whatever they're telling you.”

β€œTHE BEST PLACE EVER!!! Michael is the best sales person ever he needs a raiseeeee! Hugh is amazing as well. I’m not sure what the other guys name is but he was GREAT! All good vibes at this place. After being denied at multiple places i never thought id get a new car! They made this happen and i am beyond grateful. I felt like while i was there we all became so close and they felt like family. I will never ever go anywhere else. I am here to stay 🫢🏼.”

β€œI'll have to admit, when I walked in, I didn't have any intention on purchasing a vehicle. But at the end of the day the sales rep was able to find a vehicle, price, and a lender that met a criteria that I just could not pass up, and low and behold I was driving off with a nice vehicle. Everyone there were very nice, courteous and friendly and I would recommend anyone looking for a certified used vehicle to give Enterprise Car Sales a try.”

β€œI'm very skeptical about car dealerships because I feel most are grimy and not trust worthy. Now the experience I had at ENTERPRISE WAS GREAT ! I WAS TREATED VERY NICE AND FROM THE MANAGERS TO THE SALES REPS THEY WORKED AS A TEAM TO GET ME APPROVED AND WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND MY FAMILY. I CAN ACTUALLY SAY THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. CANT REMEMBER ALL THE NAMES SO ILL JUST SAY THANK YOU TEAM ENTERPRISE.”
