They way they go about the process of buying a car is very different compared to other. Other will be super pushy and try to confuse you but here it was nothing like that. Our salesman Masood took care of me with my first ever brand new 2026 car. I was nothing but anxious going into all of this but Masood was very patient, caring and respectful with my partner and I. “This Toyota dealership was very clean with nice employees and good customer service. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, which can be daunting, and from my first day test driving cars and discussing options with Jon to securing the car I wanted as it was being built and purchasing it with Tony, I received excellent communication and respect. At the end of the day, despite being a CLEAR dealership, it did feel that the salesmen were still trying to make a sale (understandable), but they worked with me well in getting my dream car for a good price. The only time I felt pressure or pushiness was with regard to the CLEAR Care package (7 year extended warranty), which I ultimately declined at the time of purchase with the option to add it on at a later date. At that time, I did feel frustration from the salesman’s end, but it was short lived, and we were able to move on and finalize the sale. All in all, I’m very pleased with the car buying experience I had at Beaverton Toyota, and I would recommend this dealership to any friends or family in search of a new car!
